Each consultation and purchase on the site is subject to all the clauses of the general conditions of sale applicable on the date the order is placed.

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS
Our products are on sale online, as long as they are visible on the site and within the limit of available stocks as stated.
Beldi21.com has implemented a relevant description. However, if an error could be committed, concerning its presentation, our responsibility could not be engaged.
Beldi21.com offers handmade objects which may result in variations of approximate shapes, finishes and colours, ultimately they are not defects, the handmade character of the product, gives each piece a particular and unique charm.
ARTICLE 3 – PRICING
The displayed prices of the products are including domestic taxes in Morocco (TTC), in Euro/US dollar/Canadian dollar, or other international currencies (€/USD$/CAD$/…) excluding delivery charges and customs which are sometimes imposed when the package arrives at its destination, unless otherwise stated or special conditions apply.
Beldi21.com is not required to verify and inform the buyer of applicable customs duties and taxes.
The prices indicated do not take into account the shipping costs or delivery/country which will be specified to the buyer on the order form, before final validation of his order.
The prices of the products offered by Beldi21.com and the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to change without prior notice in the event of changes in the legal, economic or industrial environment on the day of delivery, particularly in the event of changes in legislation, fluctuations in prices, changes in the price of raw materials, labour costs or transport rates.
The applicable rate is that in force on the date the order is registered with Beldi21.com. Beldi21.com strives to provide only products of constant quality and, consequently, reserves the right to remove an item or suspend delivery if its Quality Department deems that the guarantees provided by the manufacturer or importer are not sufficient. As these modifications, suspensions or sup-pressures are made in order to better serve the Customers, they may not give rise to any compensation whatsoever.
ARTICLE 4 – ORDERS
The customer adheres to the present general conditions of sale:
The order is confirmed, as soon as his order is validated, subject to the respect of his “right of withdrawal” of a period of two working calendar days following the validation of payment. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day.
Goods once sold cannot be exchanged or returned. Hence, we provide our clients with the “right of withdrawal”.
Beldi21.com reserves the right to cancel an order, in case of non-payment, incorrect contact information or other concern on the user’s account until it is resolved.
The customer chooses a delivery address, and is solely responsible for a delivery failure due to a lack of information when ordering.
Beldi21.com will provide him with a tracking number that will allow him to follow the evolution of his order.
ARTICLE 5 – MODE AND SECURITY OF PAYMENTS
Beldi21.com offers customers the opportunity to choose the payment method that suits them in their order form:
Payments by credit card and/or PayPal:
Payments by credit card are made in full at the time of order.
Payments by credit card are secured by our server, in accordance with interbank regulations. This solution allows the buyer to make purchases in complete security.

All the information relating to your Bank Card is only recorded in the bank’s databases, and not in those of Beldi21.
In no way do we receive, record or keep any element whatsoever concerning your banking information.
As orders are only taken into account after validation of their payment, no discount or late payment penalties are applicable.
The terms of payment are conditions that apply to the use of payment methods. You can decide whether or not to use a payment method. However, if you use a payment method, you accept the terms and conditions applicable to that payment method.
The availability of payment methods also varies according to geography. Depending on where you live, you may not be able to use one or more of the payment methods listed above.
Payment methods are available from different vendors, and each vendor controls the terms and conditions that apply to its payment method. Redirection to online banking pages
Some payment methods require the customer to be redirected to an online banking page (“Online Banking Payment Methods”). ARTICLE 6 – LIVRAISON
Beldi21.com guarantees quick delivery of your order.
Depending on the weight and the country of dispatch of your order, delivery rates vary. These are calculated automatically at checkout according to the contents of your shopping cart. All orders placed from Monday to Saturday will be shipped within 48 hours after validation of payment. You can track your “package” in your client space as soon as your order is handed over to the carrier. Your parcel number will also be sent to the email address given when you placed your order. In case you do not find this parcel number, or if you are unable to track your order, do not hesitate to contact our customer service [email protected] who will be able to inform you.
Europe
ARAMEX: The delivery time is between 3 to 5 days from the day of shipment.
Rest of the world
ARAMEX: The delivery time is between 5 to 7 days from the day of shipment.
If at the checkout, your zone or country is not informed, do not worry. Contact the customer service at [email protected] who will inform you of the price of the delivery and add your country to the list. All you have to do is take back your shopping cart and proceed to checkout to complete your order.
Delivery times depend on the means of preparation and routing of the order to its destination.
The customer has a tracking number provided by the carrier in order to follow his order and delivery.
NB: It is necessary to register a valid phone number when ordering to ensure better tracking of your package, as well as the status of your order to have his package in time to sign for its receipt.
The delivery of the parcel is made against the signature of the recipient, in case of absence, a notice is left by mail or telephone.
ARTICLE 7 – APPLICABLE LAW IN CASE OF DISPUTES
The present conditions of sale are subject to Moroccan law. In case of dispute, the courts of Morocco will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Under no circumstances, DESIGN BELDI SARL, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, trainees, suppliers, service providers shall be liable for any injury, loss, claim or any direct or indirect damage of any kind whatsoever.
ARTICLE 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All the elements of the Beldi21.com website are the intellectual and exclusive property of the company Design Beldi, nobody is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use any element of the content of the site whatever its form, graphic, artistic, technical, audio-visual, or textual.
ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY
The company DESIGN BELDI SARL is concerned about the protection of personal data. It undertakes to ensure the best level of protection for your data in accordance with the regulations applicable to it in terms of personal data protection.
